All-stainless steel protective cover, meeting hygiene standards.
Seven servo motor controls, stable operation, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and low noise.
Integrated cantilever frame design, convenient for hygiene cleaning operations.
Adopting a user-friendly touch screen, supporting multi-language and text versions.
Equipped with an independent motion controller system as the core, with reserved expansion functions, allowing for synchronization with other equipment.
Using a rotating end sealing structure, ensuring better sealing during high-speed production, resulting in a better packaging effect.
Equipped with an empty machine running and anti-empty bag function, reducing packaging material waste. When the product is misaligned, the anti-cutting function and end sealing avoidance are activated to reduce waste.
PID automatic temperature control system, fast and accurate, with overheat and wire breakage alarm.
Equipped with a double-supply film inflatable shaft and an automatic film splicing device, enabling automatic film switching without stopping the machine during packaging material replacement.
Self-developed second-floor film supply system, ensuring the production area remains clean and tidy, reducing material handling (optional).
