After finishing wrapping the pallet, the pallet stretch wrapper cuts the film automatically. There is no need for operators to cut the film manually with tools, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
This function enables settings for different wrapping circles and wrapping forces at custom heights. Supports up to 9 programmable layers per pallet. Unlike standard machines with uniform bottom-to-top force, it allows dynamic reinforcing wraps during operation.
Equipped with a pre-stretch roller supporting up to a 380% pre-stretch rate. Maximize the value of every meter of stretch film with constant release force, fixed-point wrapping, and quantitative film usage.
Features a safety device under the film carriage to protect operator limbs. A transparent inspection board permits easy issue detection. Includes an up-and-down belt deviation and damage alarm system to prevent accidental carriage drops.
