Feeding and Weighing:

Stainless steel material. Equipped with electronic scale. Accurate measurement and slight error.

Feeder and Former:

Materials come out from the feeder after weighing. The former size can be customized. It determines the width of final product.

Vertical Heat-seal:

Heat seal the side of the pouch automatically. Temperature can be adjusted according to different materials.

Horizontal Heat-seal:

Heat seal the top and bottom side of the pouch automatically. Temperature can be adjusted according to different materials. Then cut pouches one by one.

Subpackage Controller:

Control the weight of pouch, automatic and accurate. Adjust the packing speed—fast, medium, slow.

Sealing Controller:

Adjust the length of pouch. Control the temperature of sealing according to different packaging film.

Cursor: (optional)

If the film is blank, no need for cursor. If the film is printed, the cursor help locate the track point, so each picture will be in the right position.

Ribbon Coding: (optional)

Print date and batch number automatically. Printing content can be customized according to actual needs.
