We can recommend partners who can supply pouches and caps, or we can coordinate directly with your packaging materials suppliers.
Q2: What other necessary equipment do we need to prepare to run this machine?
A: An air compressor (to supply air to the machine) and tap water (for spout cleaning).
Q3: What materials are suitable to be packed by this machine?
A: Any liquid or semi-liquid can be packed by this machine, including juice, mineral water, jam, chocolate paste, honey, and butter. The filling temperature can reach up to 90 degrees.
Q4: What is the warranty, and how do you offer after-sales service?
A: The machine warranty is 1 year. Within one year, if any parts have issues not caused by incorrect operation, we will send new parts to you by courier. For installation or maintenance of the machine, we can send our engineer to your factory.
