The machine operates through a systematic workflow: 1. Bag feeding, 2. Coding, 3. Opening, 4. Filling A, 5. Filling B, 6. Heat sealing A, 7. Heat sealing B, and 8. Forming & output. Materials are handled by a liquid measuring pump with cylinder measurement, utilizing a reflow system to prevent dripping or leakage.
The standard lead time is 15-20 working days after receipt of your deposit. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1 set. Payment terms require a 30% deposit with the balance paid before delivery via T/T, Western Union, or Cash. Port of loading includes Shantou or Shenzhen Port.
Once the deposit is confirmed, the machinery is prepared and tested. Goods are then sent to your nominated warehouse or shipping agency in China. A tracking number or Bill of Lading is provided as soon as the consignment is shipped. Lastly, the equipment arrives at your destination address or seaport.
