Show samples check size, settle down the model machine (our machine pack different type such as tray, film)
Checking details like spare parts and optional device then place the order. Customer send 50% deposit and we produce the machines.
We concern the production of the machines and send the pictures or video to customers. Once the machine is ready, customers send sample tray or sample film for testing. After test OK and send the video to customers, then customer sending the balance.
We received the amount Booking shipment and pack with wooden case. Deliver the goods to the customers.
Customer received the machine, kindly read the operation instruction book and contact us for video guide until the machine running smoothly.

This machine is based on thermoforming technology, which heat and forming the bottom of the package from a roll of plastic film which is multi-layer co-extruded film. It is highly integrated with package forming, loading area, automatic liquid filling, vacuum sealing, printing, trimming. It reduce the risk of contacting insanitary source.
Different mold can make different shape and products. The mold is customized. Please check the mold show:
