The SHNC-1 model is a single line with two scales offering a packing speed of 12-20 bags/min. The SHNC-2 model features two lines with two scales and offers a speed of 24-40 bags/min. Both support weighing scales of 25 to 100kg.
The system supports open bags, PP woven bags, or sacks with dimensions ranging from 800~1250mm in length and 500~800mm in width.
Supplying ways include gravity type, spiral feeding, conveyor belt feeding, and combined vibration feeding. Bagging processes include automatic quantitative weighing, artificial bagging, automatic filling, and machine bag sewing.
The machine requires an AC 380V 12Kw power source and a gas pressure of 0.55~0.65Mpa. It is designed to work in temperatures ranging from -20ºC to +40ºC.
